Radar In Motion v1.4 iPhone iPod Touch

Radar In Motion v1.4 iPhone iPod Touch

Radar In Motion is based on the popular Dashboard widget by the same name. It allows you to view an ANIMATED map from the National Weather Service for any location in the United States. You can search by city/state or ZIP code or use your current location. Know what the weather is going to be like wherever you are or wherever you are going!

Supported features include:
- Display maps from the National Weather Service including Base Reflectivity, Composite Reflectivity, Storm Relative Motion, Base Velocity, One-Hour Precipitation, and Storm Total Precipitation.
- Store your favorite locations for quick access.
- Choose how the animation is displayed, including animation speed and whether or not to show a legend.
- Zoom in and pan between different locations.

* How to read maps: The maps from the National Weather Service (http://www.weather.gov) provide raw data, including some random ground noise here and there, which is what you see sometimes even thought it is clear outside. If the dots on the screen don't seem to be moving in any particular direction, it is just noise and can be ignored. When there is weather in the area, it tends to be very clear, moving, and shows up as brighter colors. Basically, if you don't see anything green, yellow, or red moving in a particular direction, you don't need your umbrella!

*Note: Radar In Motion is now compatible with the iPod Touch.

Please contact me with any problems, including the zip code for which you are trying to load a map. I'll happily take care of issues that come up.
