This is the full retail version from CydiaStore.
Copy the file to your device, then install with #dpkg -i
For your convenience we included gba_bios.bin! You will also need a .gba ROM, otherwise the app will crash on startup! Make sure to have both files available with the correct perms in /private/var/mobile/Media/ROMs/GBA
